About us
Metropolitan Animal Specialty Hospital (MASH) is a 24-hour emergency and specialty animal hospital located in the heart of Hollywood, California. MASH is proud to offer superior veterinary care to the Los Angeles community. Departments include Surgery, Internal Medicine, Emergency and Critical Care, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Neurology, and Nutrition, along with an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Team.
MASH offers specialty veterinary care in critical care, surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, ophthalmology, dentistry and facial trauma, dermatology, and nutrition. We have a great team of emergency and critical care veterinarians who work well together to provide exceptional care for our patients. Also, the specialty services are on call to assist with or answer questions about specific cases.
The current hospital has two campuses, the main hospital and the outpatient facility. Additionally, the hospital is building a brand-new state-of-the-art 52,000 square foot location they will move into in 2025!
Equipment includes:
- Digital radiography
- Ultrasound
- Echocardiogram
- CT
- MRI
- Endoscopy
- Laparoscopy
- Mechanical ventilation
- Telemetry
- Fluoroscopy
- State-of-the-art monitoring equipment
We also have an on-site oxygen generator system, high-flow nasal oxygen, and a bedside real-time viscoelastic hemostasis assessment system.
