About this role
As a Criticalist within our multidisciplinary sanctuary, your mission transcends routine stabilization. You are the architect of recovery for the most complex cases in New York City. This role offers the profound clinical win of guiding a patient from the brink of crisis through to a successful discharge, supported by a world-class team of specialists in cardiology, internal medicine, and surgery.
- Collaborative Diagnostics: Work alongside a tiered, highly skilled nursing team dedicated to your patient’s flow and your clinical success.
- Advanced Intervention: Utilize our newly renovated surgical and monitoring suites to provide the deeper answers that only a specialist can deliver.
- Mentorship & Growth: Lead the next generation of veterinary talent through our internal development programs and leadership workshops.

About you
You are a board-certified or residency-trained Criticalist who thrives on the “detective work” of complex medicine. You are someone who seeks to reclaim your passion for high-stakes healing within a supportive, collegial environment. We are looking for an individual who brings:

- Remuneration: An annual base salary between $196,000 and $256,000, with additional production incentive potential.
