About us
As a long standing practice in the community since 1974, we strive to keep the small town feel with access to modern equipment and well trained staff. We see the value in mentorship and engaging conversations. About this role
A typical day would include annual, sick and emergency spots. Doctors schedules have block offs for appointment times dedicated to their needs.
A full time associate will be scheduled for a 4 day work week. There will be a surgical day if desired. Hours can be flexible and day off is negotiable.
Part time associate will be 1 or 2 days depending on expectation of applicant. Hours are flexible and a surgical day can be included if desired.

Our location
Wonderful small town with a thriving downtown including restaurants (Highly recommend Cafe Paradiso), shops and a brewery. Close to larger cities including Dayton and Columbus. The clinic has the best view for the fireworks on the 4th of July as we overlook the Urbana Airport. We are close to two state parks that offer hiking and fishing, Birch Bark Canoe Livery is right around the corner to enjoy canoe trips and tubing on those hot summer days.
Our offer
We have a few different ways we can structure an offer, hourly with production (typically geared towards part-time) or salary with production. Yearly would be dependant on experience, production is generous percentages of each category.
We have health, vision and dental packages. PTO and a well rounded CE package. License renewal covered as well.
