About us
At Pets R Family Veterinary Clinic, we believe medicine is best practiced with compassion, teamwork, and genuine connection. Our clinic serves the community with advanced diagnostics—including CT scan, ultrasound, laser therapy, and digital radiography (dental and full-body)—in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

In January of this year, I faced one of the most difficult moments with my cat, Eva. We ended up in an emergency clinic (not this one), where imaging showed what was believed to be a tumor in her lung. I was devastated when I was told it was most likely cancer and that invasive procedures such as a biopsy or lung puncture would be needed.
While searching for a place that could handle this, I found Pets R Family Animal Hospital. From the very first appointment, Dr. Z impressed me with his professionalism, compassion, and knowledge. Instead of rushing into risky procedures, he carefully reviewed Eva’s previous scans and suggested trying a course of antibiotics first.
After completing several rounds of treatment, we repeated the scans. At first, I lost hope because the shadow was still there. We then scheduled a biopsy — but on the day of the procedure, something incredible happened. After performing new X-rays and an ultrasound, Dr. Z and his team discovered that the “tumor” had disappeared. What was thought to be cancer turned out to be an infection, which had fully resolved thanks to his cautious and thoughtful approach.
Now, months later, Eva is doing wonderfully. Her follow-up tests and imaging in August showed no signs of disease, only some scar tissue. I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Z and his amazing team. They are kind, attentive, and truly care about both pets and their owners. Dr. Z takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Thanks to him, my cat’s life was saved without unnecessary invasive procedures. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend Pets R Family Animal Hospital to anyone who wants not only excellent medical care but also honesty, compassion, and hope.

About this role
- Perform thorough physical examinations and obtain detailed patient histories.
- Discuss findings, diagnostics, and treatment options clearly and compassionately with pet owners.
- Develop and implement medical plans for wellness care, chronic conditions, and minor illnesses.
- Administer vaccines, medications, and preventive treatments.
- Review lab work, imaging, and other test results; communicate results and next steps to clients.
- Document all visits accurately and efficiently using electronic medical records (voice dictation supported).
- Coordinate with technicians and assistants to ensure smooth, stress-free patient flow.
- Provide follow-up care and client education to maintain strong client relationships.
