About this role

What it Takes:

• This is an in-person job providing ambulatory equine veterinary medicine in Eastern and Central Massachusetts along with Southern New Hampshire.
• Minimum Requirements for success:
• 1-3 years of general practice experience and/or Equine specific internship training
• Ability to obtain veterinary licensure in MA and NH, and DEA license
• Current driver’s license with clean driving record
• USDA national accreditation and ability for state accreditation in MA and NH
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-focused and committed to excellence
• Team player who is enthusiastic, outgoing and fun!

Huge Bonus:

• Certification in veterinary spinal manipulation therapy and/or acupuncture

A special note: If you’re a veterinarian who previously practiced equine medicine but moved to small animal or left the field entirely due to culture, lifestyle, or compensation concerns – we’d especially love to hear from you. We know you haven’t forgotten as much as you might fear, and we’re absolutely equipped to help you transition back. The horses are waiting to see you again!

• Base salary of $90,000–$110,000 tailored to experience
