About this role
The demand from our community has not slowed down, and we are seeking passionate veterinarians who are seeking growth. We are looking for associates who are team-oriented, offer compassion for our patients, and have a strong desire to connect with and educate our clients. We are open to veterinarians with little to no experience as well as seasoned veterinarians looking for a change of pace and an escape from the corporate structure. Our practice treats mainly small animals, and we see exotic patients as well. Regardless of your experience level, we have a place for you.

Whether you have been practicing for years, or are a recent graduate, we have a place for you. We are looking for more veterinarians who want to expand their practice and skill sets, but have felt trapped in the corporate structure or who are seeking real, experienced mentorship. No matter what your veterinary medicine passion is, we are looking to support and help you expand!

Abbey Animal Hospital is located in the heart of the bustling coastal city of Virginia Beach, known just as much for our oceanfront and boardwalk, as we are for our flourishing local dining scene, arts and entertainment, maritime history, and family-friendly attractions. Our city features many unique districts that offer experiences for everyone to enjoy, and we take advantage of them every chance we get. From brunch cruises on the Spirit of Norfolk, to spending the evening at a family arcade, our hospital is truly like a family.
Our offer
- Salary Range: $120,000 to $180,000
We offer competitive salaries, prosal compensation, licensure fees, health and dental insurance, 401k, sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, and healthcare plans for all of your own pets.
