Education & Leadership
Our hospital guest lectures at vet tech programs and invests in ongoing leadership and communication training for doctors and shift leads alike.
Commitment to Mental Health
We’ve had a veterinary-specific social worker on staff for four years, available at no cost to help support our team’s mental wellness.
One-of-a-Kind Location
Located in the Tri-Cities (Pasco, Kennewick, Richland), we’re the only ER hospital for 2–4 hours in any direction—which means we see a high variety of cases and you keep your cases through. Our DVMs enjoy exceptional case continuity and earning potential as a result.
Work-Life Balance
We offer bi-weekly set schedules and no overnights required. Our doctors enjoy more time to explore the area or unwind with family and friends.
We came in with our puppy that got sick with Parvo and they went above and beyond for our girl! Decently priced for what all happened and they made sure to give us step by step instructions with bringing her home and administering medications at home. We are on day 5 and she has been thriving !! Thank you to all the staff there for the support ❤️ – Mickayla P – Google Review
