About us
Hello! Our business has suffered the loss of my husband last November. We are a thriving mixed-animal practice with a deep-rooted legacy, currently transitioning into our third generation of family veterinarians. Our team of 14 dedicated professionals fosters a warm, “family-first” culture where we balance a caseload of 70% small animal and 30% large animal. We pride ourselves on bridging the gap between textbook learning and real-world clinical excellence through supportive, hands-on leadership.

About this role
This role is a blend of growth and clinical variety, perfect for someone eager to immerse themselves in general practice with occasional emergency cases.
- Provide high-quality medical and surgical care across a diverse mixed-animal caseload.
- Collaborate with a seasoned team to manage daily appointments and urgent care needs.
- Engage in active mentorship to refine your “real-life” diagnostic and surgical skills.
About you
We are looking for an aspirational, curious veterinarian—whether you are an experienced associate or a motivated New Graduate ready to launch your career.
- DVM or equivalent with a passion for both small and large animal medicine.
- A proactive learner who values a collaborative, supportive staff culture.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to build lasting relationships with our community.

Key attractions include the annual Oktoberfest and the Christmas in the Village event, which highlight the town’s welcoming, historic spirit. Lots to experience and all just 30 minutes from downtown Dayton.
