About this role
Our veterinary technicians are utilized as much as possible. You will be responsible for outpatient and inpatient care, client communication, and being a patient advocate throughout a patient’s visit. Our technicians are expected to perform the following tasks with efficiency and confidence: client education, placing IV catheters, monitoring IV fluids, administering medications to intensive care patients via CRI and syringe pumps, running anesthesia and recovery on complicated and critical patients, restraining patients, administering vaccines and oral medications, running lab equipment, taking radiographs and medical record keeping.
About you
We are looking for a team member who wants to grow with us and who wants to use their technician degree and experience to its highest potential. We are NOT looking for a “warm body” to restrain patients and perform mundane tasks. We are looking for patient advocates and care givers.

We are located in Henderson in East Texas. Beautiful lakes, national forests, and great school districts in our community.
Our offer
- Based on experience. $14-20 per hour
Plus, we offer a discount on veterinary services, a four-day work week, and vacation and holiday pay.
