About us
Our clinic is founded on the belief that a sense of wellness is essential to both pet owners and their pets, no matter what life stage a pet is at. We have quickly built a reputation for our dedication to delivering professional veterinary care with compassion and empathy, and we will soon occupy new larger premises in mid-2022.
We have been providing best-practice veterinary care since 2016 and our services range from puppy and kitten vaccination to routine health checks, treating minor illnesses and helping the ageing and ailing ones find a good quality of life in their later years.
Being in Hong Kong, our patients are as diverse as their owners and although cats and dogs make up the majority of our cases we also see a variety of small animals including rabbits, guinea pigs, lizards and the occasional axolotl.
Our practice is well resourced with all the equipment you will need to practice quality medicine and we continue to explore new equipment initiatives adding a CT scanner, fluoroscopy, flexible endoscopes and more as we relocate. However, we fully realise that our most valuable asset is our team and we also continue to invest in their skills and professional development. From reception to nursing to the veterinarian team, all are committed to a highly collaborative approach. Skills and experience are shared with enthusiasm and new ideas and approaches are actively encouraged.

A good doctor who treats animals sincerely, he judges from the standpoint of dog health at every step. Dog owners are most afraid that the doctor will ask you to take pictures and perform surgery indiscriminately! For “money” to go first. As a dog trainer, I have experienced a lot, and the doctor has never felt very confused. I really recommend it to everyone! – Hugo T – Client Review (translated)
