Founded in 2014, our practice was born from a mission to revolutionize the emergency veterinary experience for both people and their pets. This was the best ER experience I’ve ever had. I can’t say enough kind things about the staff and just my experience as a whole. I ended up here in the middle of the night and they were able to get me and my dog right in. You are brought right into the treatment room with your pet and you get to be apart of the whole process. About this role
Your mission is to be a leader on the hospital floor, acting as a “superhero” for pets and their owners when they need help most. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, handling everything from routine triage to complex life-saving procedures.
- See patients immediately through unique triage protocols that prioritize rapid care.
- Conduct physical examinations and advanced diagnostics including ultrasounds, X-rays, and biopsies.
- Perform both minor and major emergency surgeries, including soft tissue and endoscopic procedures.
- Treat a wide variety of patients, including exotic species.
- Communicate directly with customers to explain diagnoses and therapeutic plans.
- Answer medical questions over the phone and educate families on essential after-care.
About you
You are a dedicated DVM or equivalent with a deep passion for the high-stakes world of emergency medicine. You possess strong skills in soft tissue surgery and endoscopy, and you are eager to work in an environment that values continuous learning and on-the-floor mentorship. In addition to your clinical talent, you are:

Our offer
We are dedicated to investing in our team members through industry-leading compensation and a robust suite of benefits:
- Remuneration: A total wage range of $180,000 – $350,000 per year, which includes a base salary of $180,000 – $200,000 plus discretionary production bonuses.
