About this role
As an Emergency Veterinarian, your mission is to be the steady hand and the clinical hero when families need it most. This role offers the profound “clinical win” of seeing diverse cases… from routine emergencies to complex soft tissue surgeries and exotic patients… all the way from triage to a successful outcome. You will lead on the hospital floor, supported by a highly collaborative team that ensures you never have to navigate a difficult case alone.
Your daily impact involves:
- Empathetic Triage: Meeting clients immediately to provide peace of mind and rapid clinical assessment.
- Diagnostic Excellence: Utilizing advanced ultrasound, X-ray, and bloodwork to solve the “detective work” of emergency medicine.
- Surgical Mastery: Performing both minor and major life-saving interventions, including endoscopy and soft tissue repair.
- Client Education: Bridging the gap between complex medicine and compassionate after-care instructions for worried pet parents.

- Remuneration: A total wage range of $140,000 to $350,000, which includes a base salary typically between $180,000 and $200,000 plus discretionary production bonuses.
