About this role

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical and surgical care for small animal patients.
• Perform physical examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and client education.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through compassionate communication and individualized care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Collaborate with a highly skilled team of veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and client service representatives to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented workplace culture.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) with eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience in small animal practice.
• Commitment to practicing high-quality, evidence-based medicine.
• Strong communication and client education skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Surgical experience is a plus but not required.
• Desire to continue learning and growing professionally.

Our offer

We offer a competitive ProSal compensation package with a base salary of $120,000–$140,000, commensurate with experience, plus production incentives.
