About this role

• 1–3 years of clinical experience in a small animal setting
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and case management skills
• Confidence with routine surgeries (spay/neuter, mass removals, dentals)
• Solid anesthesia knowledge and comfort with monitoring/adjustments
• Ability to manage urgent cases with calm, clear communication
• Excellent client communication and emotional intelligence
• Respectful, team-centered approach to working with support staff
• Coachability, adaptability, and a growth mindset
