About us
We started Sploot because we were tired of long waits, closed clinics, and stressful visits when our pets needed help most. As pet parents, we knew care could (and should) be easier. So we built the first Accessible Pet Care Network — founder-led, independently operated, and designed around your life. With 365-day availability, same-day appointments, drop-offs, and comprehensive care across all our clinics, Sploot makes great vet care simple, connected, and stress-free.

I joined Sploot Veterinary Care in June 2023, and it was the best decision! - Flexible 3–4 day workweek with 10–12 hour shifts + No overnights

About you
- Comfortable asking questions, and excited to keep growing and developing your skills
- Bonus Points: experienced in and excited about surgeries and dentals
- 1+ year preferred (strong mentorship available)
- DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Utah
Our location
Sploot expanded to Salt Lake City in Summer 2026! We’re building our founding team of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff for our two Salt Lake City clinics: Holladay (1895 E. Rodeo Walk Dr) and 4th South (624 E 400 S).

Our offer
- $130,000–$160,000 base salary, shift and experience dependent
- A competitive ProSal model with high production rate and no negative accrual
- Flexible 3–4 day workweek with 10–12 hour shifts + No overnights
- Options for a sign-on or relocation bonus to make joining Sploot even easier
