About us
Pets, people and a passion for patients sit at the heart of Pet Medical Center of Winona. We’re a curious team that likes to keep digging until we find the answer, and we enjoy working together, connecting with our clients and delivering compassionate care shaped around each pet and each family.
You’ll be led by our owner, Dr. Deb Finnegan, whose passion is making a difference for pets and their people. She especially loves working on critical cases such as fracture repair and diabetic management, and she’s a life-long learner in both veterinary medicine and leadership.
Our caseload keeps every day interesting. Wellness and vaccine care, canine arthritis, feline diabetes management, ultrasound, radiographs, shelter medicine, urgent care, hospitalization, surgery and laser therapy all come through our doors, along with regular communication with animal control. When a unique case lands on your table, you’ll have room to research it properly and a team built around you to see it through. We show up early, work late and support each other through it all.
Dr. Finnegan and Kennedy were very friendly and knowledgeable, addressing all the concerns I had about our pup! They showed love and care for Bruno, getting all his shots and tests done quickly. I’m very grateful for them and would recommend Pet Medical to anyone looking for a vet in our area! – Shona B – Google Review
